Due to the nature of the services provided, dispatching notary agents come at a cost. Customers are free to cancel services for any reason but, will receive a 30% fee of the cost of the service to cover costs associated with dispatching notary agents. If the cancellation happens within 2 Hours of the schedule time, there will be no refunds.
